You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment via Paypal. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please package the product carefully. We must receive the return within the 60-day period. Papillex® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject a return that does not comply with these conditions. Please send us an email to inform us of the refund request, then ship your purchase and receipt, with a note requesting a refund, to our Returns Department.
